Overnight Weight Loss
Getting fit and losing weight is possible only when one is
disciplined. Exercise and proper nutrition are must for losing
weight. This can be possible by taking few simple steps.
Rest
One should take enough rest. The best way to take rest is proper
sleep nearly 5 to 6 hours per day. Proper sleep helps in the proper
functioning in the heart and the metabolic activities. Lack of
proper sleep can affect ones mental state and can lead to short
temperedness or forgetfulness.
Proper food
One should eat a balanced diet which contains all the nutrients in
right quantity.
Instead of three meals one can have 5 to 6 smaller meals. More of
protein food rather than carbohydrates is good for health. One must
eat fruits daily. Avoid eating fried and greasy foods. Too much of
sweetened items are not good for health. Drink lots of water nearly
8 to 10 glasses per day.
Maintain posture
Exercise helps to maintain ones the posture. One should do more of
abdominal muscle exercises which helps in drawing the pelvic floor
up and pulling stomach muscles up.
Zinger
It has the ability to clean the colon part of the intestine and can
also stimulate circulation and metabolism. It also acts as anti
oxidant and microbial agent.
Potassium
It is an electrolyte which very essential for proper digestion of
fat and ultimately it helps in the normal growth of the body and for
the replacement of worn–out tissues.
Bromelain
It is protein digestive enzyme that is found in the
pineapple
plant. It acts as an anti-inflammatory which helps to breakdown
fibrin which is a blood clotting protein. As Fibrin blocks the good
circulation and prevents issue form drawing properly, but bromelain
helps to reduce to inflammation and allows the blood to move easily
to that affected part and speeds up the healing.
Apple cider vinegar
It helps in detoxifying various organs in the body. It acts as a
purifier by breaking down
fats and mucous deposits in the body. And it maintains the proper
health and functioning of the vital organs of the body like kidney,
liver, lungs etc. It also helps to oxidize the blood which in return
prevents the blood from becoming to thick and gluey. This can lead
to strained heart and blood vessel and ultimately resulting in high
blood pressure.
Cayenne
It is heart stimulant which stimulates the circulation
and upper digestive tract. It is also acts as antioxidant and
helps to improve blood supply and removal of toxins from the
