I got my lasik procedure done a week ago and things are GREAT.
They take the time to make sure you understand exactly what you
are getting into. I must have asked a million questions and all
of the staff was friendly, patient and kind. Dr. Bonanni is
awesome! I throughly checked him out, he has absolutely NO
blemishes on his record and I "see" why. He knows a lot about
the technology and has the most up to date equipment. He even
gives patients his cell number to call him at any time. That's
dedication. Now I have 20/15 vision and I'm loving it. No more
glasses or contacts. If you are thinking about lasik, call them
for a consultation. They will even work with you on financing
the procedure - which is what I did.
Pros: The results (most important), service, and knowledge
Cons: None really. The saleswoman is aggressive but just go into
it knowing what you want.

I just read another Citysearch poster saying that
Gotham Lasik was really aggressive when he talked to them? You
have to be kidding me! I recently had my lasik surgery done by
Dr. Bonanni and I have already referred in 2 other
patients(family & friends) to Gotham Lasik and I live in
Livingston, NJ not even in NYC! You couldn't find a nicer more
experienced professional than Dr. Bonnani and his staff was so
pleasant and couldn't do enough for me. They were always gaving
me cups of steamed latte that was better than Starbucks and
snacks every time I was there from the free consultation, to the
surgery, and the follow up visit. I haven't needed to go back
since for any adjustments or corrections or anything! A friend
of mine told me where she works a girlfriend of hers went to
another NY lasik doctor for one of those cheap $299 or $399
deals they are always advertising and she has all these problems
now like halos and trouble driving at night. If you decide upon
having lasik eye surgery done you will be so happy you went to
Gotham Lasik I know I am.
